Hello! My name is Emma... I am trying to lose 30 pounds, the right way, but because I start my freshman year at the University of New Mexico, I'm afraid that it might be more difficult, even though I'm not living in a dorm. My personal diet plan is low calorie, high excercise... but it's not always that easy! Hahaha! I just... always feel like losing weight is more than a "physical issue"- it takes a mental hold of you; and it's not something you should have to do alone. I personally need support, and I can't always find it from my family and friends. I hope I am welcome here to share how I'm doing. Thank you for such a great community!
